1. Delete your account in the app
Both Creator and Spot accounts can delete themselves directly in the app, without contacting us.
- Sign in at https://app.eulou.com.
- Open Profile, then Account.
- Choose Delete account and confirm.
2. What deletion covers
Deleting your account removes your login identity, your profile, and the content on it from the Services.
Records that document completed transactions, such as redemption logs and payment records, are retained as required for financial recordkeeping and dispute resolution, as described in our Privacy Policy. If your account has completed collaborations, the in-app deletion may direct you to contact support instead, so we can close the account while preserving those records.
Before deleting, you can download a copy of your data from the same Account section.
3. Ask us to delete your data
If you cannot access your account, or you would rather we handle the deletion for you, email support@eulou.com, include the phone number or email address the account is registered under, and we will process the request.
